HELPDESK / CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Job Description

• Monitoring Operational Data Center
• Monitoring Server and Switch Facilities in Data Center Room
• Monitoring link network customer
• Maintaining SLA to customer
• Handling troubleshooting and becoming first layer support
• Communicating with customers
• Assisting customer to solve their problems
• Escalating trouble to Supervisor and Principal
• Making monthly report to customers and Supervisor
• Daily checking Data Center facilities

Requirement

• Willing to work shifting (a must)
• Willing to work in Jakarta or Bogor
• Male/Female max 30 years old
• D3/S1 preferable from Electrical, Information System, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science.
• Having knowledge of Electrical
• Preferable having experience of Data Center Operation
• Good English communication skill
• Good attitude and behavior, honest, loyal, hardworking
• Having knowledge of Network (LAN, TCP-IP)
• Experience in installation of System Operating Windows, Linux (value added)
• Familiar with Microsoft windows server (value added)
• CCNA Certificate (value added)
• MTA, MCP certificate (value added)
