Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of business experience, especially in IT and cloud technology.
- Having strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills are vital for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, presenting sales pitches, communicating with internal teams.
- Having good leadership and management skill
- Good Public Speaking and confident in handling presentations.
- Good self-esteem in meeting customers directly, by phone or email.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and develop executive relationships with targeted customers, and help Elitery grow into new organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to maximize business growth in the area and discover opportunities with Public Sector customers.
- Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
- Drive generating sales, business development, forecasting accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers throughout the process.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
